Terms and Conditions

• The customer is responsible for selecting and setting up the subscription and recurring payment method through our subscription product service on wwww.teleta.co.uk. All payments are automatically taken each month from the Debit/Mastercard you selected and used to set up the subscription.
• The subscription period of 12 months runs from the date of subscription and first payment until 12 full months from that activation date.
• Cancellation requires 28 days (about 4 weeks) notice within the 12-month subscription period.
• All cancellations should be in writing to support@teleta.co.uk, A cancellation fee of £49.00 applies.
• Pausing subscription is available. Teleta allows 2 monthly breaks within a 12-month period. These are known as ‘pauses’ and can be activated through your account. Should the subscription pass more than two months in total over the period you will be contacted by a customer services representative to discuss options. A cancellation fee may apply.
