- Details of your visits to our websites or apps, and which site you came from to ours.

HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers.

Orderwise
We send your personal information along with any orders related data to Orderwise for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Orderwise is our warehouse order fulfillment system where your order is received, processed, and dispatched to your stated delivery location. We store your personal Data on Orderwise for 24 months (about 2 years) from the last activity date due to our legal obligations around prescription sales records.
After 24 months (about 2 years) of inactivity, your personally identifiable information will be anonymized. Your purchase information will be retained for reporting purposes.
WooCommerce
We collect information about you during the checkout process in our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we will track:
- Products you have viewed: we will use this to, for example, show you products you have recently viewed

Lightspeed Cache
This site utilizes caching to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

Data Used: For payments with First Data Plugin: purchase total, currency, billing information. For taxes: the value of goods in the cart, value of shipping, destination address. For checkout rates: destination address, purchased product IDs, dimensions, weight, and quantities. For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
Data Synced: For payments, we send the purchase total, currency, and customer’s billing information to the respective payment processor. Please see the respective third party’s privacy policy for more details. For shipping labels we send the customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products to the shipping company APC, DHL or Movianto.
Event Tickets
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Event, Attendee, and Ticket Purchaser Information
Through the usage of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Community Tickets, information may be collected and stored within teleta.co.uk database.
If you create, submit, import, save, or publish event ticket information, as well as obtain RSVPs or purchase tickets to events, such information is retained in the local database:
- Attendees’ information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address

Event, Venue, and Organiser Information
Through the usage of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, The Events Calendar Filter Bar, Eventbrite Tickets, and Community Events plugins, as well as our Event Aggregator Import service (contained within The Events Calendar plugin), information may be collected and stored within teleta.co.uk database.
If you create, submit, import, save, or publish Event, Venue, or Organizer information, such information is retained in the local database:
- Venue information: name, address, city, country, province, postal code, phone, website, geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude)
- Organiser information: name, phone, website, email
- Event information: website, cost, description, date, time, image
Importing Events, Venues, and Organisers:
All data present within a CSV or ICS file and external URLs (for events, venues, organisers, and tickets)
Import origin data (URL from where events are being imported—such as Eventbrite, MeetUp, other compatible URL sources, and more, which can include similar or same data as listed above)
API Keys
The Events Calendar suite offers the use of third-party API keys. The primary functions are to enhance the features we have built in, some of which use Google Maps. These API keys are not supplied by The Events Calendar.
We make use of certain APIs (Application Programming Interface) (Application Programming Interface), to provide specific features.

We use the Gravity Forms plugin to manage provide Prescriber Registration and Prescriber/Prescription Specific Functionality. The information may be sent as an email message that only a select few are allowed to access. The information is also stored in the database on our hosting server for backup and later reference purposes.
Information regarding Prescriptions will be retained for 2 years due to Legal Obligations.
